No. B Botz is entirely web-based. Your customers order from their own smartphones by scanning a QR code you print. Your kitchen staff manage orders on any browser — a tablet, laptop, or TV with a keyboard works perfectly.
Stripe handles payments, so customers can pay with any major credit or debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The payment form adapts to the customer's device automatically.
Never. B Botz charges a flat monthly fee (free during beta). Every dollar a customer pays goes directly from Stripe into your bank account — B Botz is not in that flow at all.
Yes. B Botz is an independent ordering channel — think of it as your own commission-free online ordering system. Your team manages kiosk orders in the B Botz dashboard while your POS handles in-person transactions as normal.
You connect your own Stripe account in B Botz Settings → Payments. All customer payments go directly to your Stripe account. Stripe's standard payout schedule (typically 2 business days) applies. B Botz never touches your funds.
You will receive advance notice before any billing starts. Restaurants that sign up during beta will receive an early-adopter discount on their subscription. You will never be moved to a paid plan without your confirmation.
Yes. Staff accounts only see the Live Orders and Order History screens. They cannot access your dashboard revenue stats, reports, menu settings, payments, or any other owner-only area.
